Below is the Spring MOPS Registration Form. Please complete and return the form to Pam, Katie or Kim to ensure childcare space. Spaces are already filling up fast! Remember you can also pay online here.

Christmas Boutique on December 3rd!

Please join us for our MOPS Christmas Boutique on Saturday, December 3rd, from 9am - 12pm. We need your gently used decorations before December 2nd. Please contact Kim or Katie to arrange drop-offs.

The following vendors will be present:

• Sarah Schofield, Hands Full Designs (wallets, purses, produce bags, etc.)
• Erin Bernhard, Mom.Me Store (nursing covers, blankets, burp clothes, aprons, kid aprons, etc.)
• Carrie McChesney, Quirky Creations (fabric flowers brooches, pins, clips, book page wreaths, chalkboard crafts)
• Shana Gysen, Shanaghans (crochet hats, scarves, flowers, etc.)
• Kimberly Black with Cookie Lee (has over 150 products on hand for purchase)

November brings the nostalgic aroma of pies making in the oven - so don't forget to order your pies, hassle free! Selections include Apple Crumb, Cherry Apple, Buttermilk Apple, and Pumpkin Apple.

Contact Kim Knight to order. You can also pay for your pie online and select MOPS from the budget menu.

Your friends and family are welcome to order pies and support our fundraiser! Please spread the word!

Sale ends Sunday, November 6th and pies are delivered the weekend of Friday, November 19th.

Garage Sale Reminder!

Don't forget our largest MOPS fundraiser of the fall! It is this Saturday, September 24th from 7:00am - 1:00pm. Check your email for details of volunteer times on Friday and Saturday. You can drop off items to Ashley C.'s house beginning:

• Wednesday, 5-8pm
• Thursday, 3-8pm
• All Day Friday

Please text Ashley before dropping items off. Remember no children can be present during your garage sale shift.

Babysitter for Hire!

The daughter of Lois Meyer (MOPS Head Mentor Mom) is looking for some babysitting work to help fill in her budget while she is looking for a job. Her name is Kate, and she is a Religious Studies major graduate from Westmont College. Kate is 22 years old and has her own car. Summer 2011 Schedule

We are excited to announce our Summer 2011 Schedule!

Friday, June 10, 10:00am - 12:00pm
Pool Party at Christine Kesterson's House, 8115 Morningside, Granite Bay
Light refreshments will be provided for the moms. Parents bring goodies for your kiddos as well as any pool safety gear they may need (water wings, tubes, life jackets, etc). Please let Kim Knight know if you can attend this event. We'd like to have a general number of who will be attending!

Restaurant Fundraiser at Campelli's Pizza, 7480 Foothills Blvd #100, Roseville
For all take out, dine in, and delivery orders, Campelli's will generously donate 20% to MOPS!

Garage Sale Fundraiser

The garage sale is Saturday, April 9, at Ashley Campbell's house from 7:00am-12:00pm. Set up for this event is going on Friday, April 8, in the afternoon through the evening. Stop by to help out or shop!

Baby Boutique
A quarterly outreach ministry for expectant mothers and families facing financial hard times.

The Boutique provides new and gently used items necessary for the proper care of both mother and baby, at no cost. This can include baby clothes (0-4yrs), strollers, cribs, changing tables and other baby items.  (sorry we cannot accept car seats)

MOPS Event at Sunrise Church

Hi Ladies,

My name is Lindsay Hanrihan, and I'm the Special Events Coordinator for MOPS at Sunrise Community Church. We are planning a night out on January 22nd for the MOPS community in the greater Sacramento area. We'll have a guest speaker, dessert and fellowship! Bring your Moms, Aunts, friends etc...this event is for EVERY woman! We'd love for your group to join us!

We are going to be hosting a special night with Karen Hossink, author of "Confessions of An Irritable Mother." She's going to teach us how to recognize God's presence in the mundane and frustrating moments of our lives and discover that we, too, can find joy.

Tickets are $5 each and can be purchased through our church by calling or emailing Susan Brammer: 916-726-4642 or susanb@sunrisecommunitychurch.org.
